Horizon Legacy Cat & Kitten Food is a hearty, yet balanced food that will provide your kitten or adult cat with the quality nutrients she needs to thrive. It's great for cats of all life stages and breeds and it provides many of the benefits of feeding a raw diet but without the hassle. In addition to the high-quality protein sources such as chicken, turkey, and salmon found in this food, the ingredient list contains many other human-grade ingredients with great health benefits, like herring oil (source of Vitamin E) and peas (digestible fibre).
Horizon sources most of its ingredients locally in the Western Canada region and manufactures its own pet food formulas to ensure the quality of each product. All formulas are free from GMO's, by-products, growth hormones, and chemical preservatives.
